Each Moose Mountain Trails acreage comes with underground utilities to the property line (no unsightly utility poles to look at) Individual groundwater wells will are provided and private sewage treatment systems have been approved. Gas, telephone, and cable TV services can also be installed

Shared Utilities Corridor

In June, 2017 a common/shared utilities corridor was constructed along the East side of the shared driveway, terminating approximately 80 metres South of RR 232. During the Fall of 2017, Fortis Alberta installed an underground utilities junction box on the North-East corner of the shared driveway. A preliminary plan was created (by Fortis) to install underground power lines in the utilities corridor.

Each acreage has been designed for private water well. In 2016 a test well was drilled on the South-east lot that produced excellent results. Water well will be drilled on the remaining three lots in a location chosen by the new owners.

A levelĀ 4 Private Sewage Site Assessment (PSTS) was completed in 2015, allowing each lot to maintain a private system.
